Booking and cancellation conditions
- The reservation is considered validated with the receipt of a deposit.
- The customer has the right to withdraw and return the full amount of the deposit, if he communicates the cancellation within 30 days of the expected arrival date.
Discount for children 0-18 years
- The discount for children is applied only as a third bed in the room.

IN JULY AND AUGUST THE HALF BOARD SERVICE INCLUDES:
- from Monday to Saturday breakfast and dinner;
- on Sundays and on August 15th breakfast and lunch
Prices include VAT and refer to FULL BOARD or HALF BOARD per person, with a minimum stay of 3 days.
The stay in FULL BOARD or HALF BOARD in a “double single use” room is €120.00 per day.
Prices do not include the Tourist tax in force from 01.06 to 15.09, Euro 1.50 per day, for maximum of 7 days.
Children from 0 to 12 years are excluded.

- We are not equipped to accommodate animals of any size.
